Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had a significant impact on the travel and tourism industry. However, we have done a fantastic job in South Australia of slowing the curve and containing the spread of coronavirus.

Enhanced cleaning measures

We have long held a reputation for an extremely clean facility, including the provision of hygienically sealed glassware in all our rooms as standard. In the face of COVID-19, we follow strictly documented cleaning programs to ensure every area of the Strath Motel is consistently cleaned to a high standard. This level of cleaning will remain as standard, even beyond the immediate crisis.

Our staff

All staff at the Strath Motel have completed the Infection Control Training – COVID-19 module through SA Health in conjunction with their training partner, Aspen Medical.

We have also completed our COVID-19 Clean Practising Businesses Tool with Tourism Industry Council SA (TICSA) as part of our Quality Tourism Framework accreditation.
