Bookings
Deposits are required as confirmation of bookings. Refund of a deposit is usually conditional upon the cancelled booking being taken up by another guest.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be advised by telephone and confirmed in writing via email.
- Deposits paid are non-refundable.
- Full room charges will apply to rooms booked and not occupied.
- Full charges will apply to rooms cancelled within 7 days prior to planned stay.
- Management reserves the right to any final decision making, and is final.
